INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch kangkong (water spinach), separate leaves and chop stalks (1″ in length)¼ cup soy sauce⅛ cup vinegar¼ cup water1 head garlic, crushed and chopped2 tbsp cooking oilSalt and pepper, to tasteToasted garlic, for topping
HOW TO COOK:
Start heating a cooking pot and pour- in the cooking oil.When the oil is hot enough, add- in the garlic and cook until brown.Pour- in the soy sauce, vinegar, and water in the cooking pot and let it boil.Add- in the chopped kangkong stalks and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper then stir.Add- in the kangkong leaves and gently stir to mix with the other ingredients.Cook this for 30 seconds.Transfer to a serving plate and top with toasted garlic.
