INGREDIENTS:
½ k beef
1 head garlic
2 pieces bay leaves
1 tbsp. peppercorns
1tbsp. brown sugar
½ cup vinegar
½ cup soy sauce
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
HOW TO COOK:
Slice the beef into ¼ inch thick slices
Marinate the beef in garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce for 2 to 3 hours.
Heat the grill and sear the beef slices. Serve immediately.
